Office Coordinator - BOSTON LOCATION IN OFFICE 4 DAYS.


A Boston investment firm is seeking a Office Coordinator to provide general office management duties from January 6th, 2025 - Feb 2025

With the opportunity for a full-time permanent position.


Provide basic reception duties including answering and directing calls, greeting guests, prepare conference rooms for client meetings, maintain office documentation including filing, binding client presentations, maintain kitchen/ordering lunches and supplies.

Assist with basic bookkeeping functions.

Opportunity to handle client service duties.

2+ years of experience within reception/office manager/administrative

High quality of inter-personal skills

Strong Microsoft skills

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
