A global manufacturing company is seeking an EHS Leader for their site located near Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will be an EHS subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while fostering a robust EHS culture.\

The Role:

• Oversee EHS initiatives company-wide, collaborating closely with Senior Leadership to foster and uphold a safe working environment.
• Develop appropriate EHS training and implement it accordingly, focusing on building a robust safety culture.
• Manage and uphold ISO management systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead accident investigations and incidents related to fleet safety.

The Candidate:

• 3+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing background.
• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or Safety-related technical field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others.
