Sr Data Analyst (BI Developer) - Costa Mesa

We are seeking an insightful Sr Data Analyst (BI Developer) with your expertise in multi-touch attribution models, data integration, and creating actionable dashboards. This role will support our Marketing team with data-driven decision-making by providing a 360-degree view of performance and delivering strategic insights.
Compensation:
- $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, automated reporting systems for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and operational data, providing actionable insights.
- Design robust data strategies to maintain quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning analytics with business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
- Integrate and normalize data from ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CRMs.
- Advanced skills in Domo or Power BI for dashboard creation and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic impact.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
