IntraEdge has an immediate need for a candidate with experience with Operation Risk Events (OREs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as well as the system Archer. Resource also needs experience managing the ORE/CAP lifecycles to assist in the three milestones- Stop Customer Impact, Remediation and Control Enhancements for the issues management process. Looking for a resource that will require minimal onboarding training with the ORE CAP process.

CAP ORE Support - Program Management I

Will lead efforts to remediate cardmembers that have been impacted by technology events across GI and GMNST either ORE's or CAP's.
They are looking for CAP impact w/ technology that impacts their card members, mainframe goes down & it impacts card members.
Global Network or GI Experience- is ideal.

- 30 days to stop impact
- 60 days to remediate
- 100 days to ensure it doesn’t happen again
Impacts that don’t have card member impacts & impacts that do have card member impacts. Want someone that definitely has experience working on CAPS.
