IntraEdge has an urgent need for a System Analyst. This position is onsite 40 Hours / Week in Chandler, AZ (No Remote or Hybrid).

• Maintains desktops, laptops, monitors, copiers, printers, scanners, phones, and tablets.
• Audits and tracks hardware and software inventory.
• Installs operating system software for workstation computers and perform software installations and upgrades on-site or using remote network technology tools.
• Performs phone, remote access or on-site diagnosis and problem resolution.
• Receives, prioritizes, assigns, completes, and documents Service Desk requests for support.
• Troubleshoots applicable software applications.
• Trains employees on hardware/software processes and usage.
• Assists with remote capabilities, configuration, imaging tasks, etc.
• Provides support and training to users on use of collaboration software and telepresence equipment.
• Provides support with O365 suite of applications for users.
• Experience with multifactor authentication, MFA.
• Experience with M365 admin center, Entra and Active Directory.
• Performs exchange admin tasks such as updating distribution lists/groups as requested.
• Provides technical guidance to assigned staff, prioritizes and assigns work, trains staff and assures work quality and timely completion of assigned duties; acts as a subject matter expert
• Researches, prepares, tests and deploys operating system and software security patches to workstations on a regular schedule.
• Administers computer and user group policy using best practices to facilitate user productivity and IT security. Evaluates, tests and applies changes to group policy based on the changing needs of end users and IT requirements.
• Acts as liaison with IT security team to provide endpoint threat protection, quarantines and remediates security breaches.
• Provides and maintains a virtual workstation environment for specific business needs and roles. Assigns and maintains virtual machine pools and users.
• Uses remote technology, software and policies to facilitate the needs of a mobile workforce.
• Creates, maintains and updates network printer queues for users.
