Our client, a bank in Little Rock, is hiring two loan-level credit risk monitoring jobs, one at the 3-year level and one at the 7-10-year level. Candidates must have prior experience working in commercial lending (either CRE or C&I) either as an underwriter, credit analyst, or portfolio manager.

This positions will challenge the underwriting team from a credit risk point of view. Responsibilities include: scorecard risk rating validation, validating loan data and comparing it to source documents, and, in the case of the senior role, supervising staff. 5 days in office per week.

The team requires:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial loan credit analysis
• Ability to work the full workweek in the corporate office in Little Rock
