JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS / PROGRAM MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: HOBBY AIRPORT
SALARY: $82 - $109K PLUS BONUS AND BENEFITS
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for ownership of all assigned customer programs and ensure the successful execution of the program. Excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of contract manufacturing processes, and a strong ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external manufacturing partners
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Review of contracts and PO’s and input into system.
- Manage all forecasting with customers and inventory for projects.
- Strength with project management to include building of product lines and handling project from start to finish with the client and with internal staff.
- Experience with cost management and budgeting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, quality control) to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules.
- Interface with customer and internal teams during all phases of assigned projects.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure the customer requirements and expectations are clearly defined and met.
- Monitor key performance metrices to effectively measure project status.
- Work with internal departments to ensure meeting the customer needs.
- Track costs throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans to maintain profitability.
- Oversee the successful rollout of products to customers using the NPI or MRR procedure and track completion of actions prior to the start of manufacturing.
- Collect and review customer feedback to drive improvements for future product iterations.
- Prepare inventory reports to customer and understand contract coverage to work with customer on reducing excess inventory.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in program management or business field preferred.
Three years’ experience as a Project Manager in electronic manufacturing strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and technologies as preference
Will consider other areas of manufacturing.
Experience in multiple functional areas (engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, project, program management) preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, and project management tools
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Charts/Graphs).
