ESCROW OFFICER

Location: Houston, TX (77027)

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Salary Rate: $65K-70K annually

Job Type: DIRECT HIRE, PERMANENT!

Our client is in the real-estate industry and is well-established in the Houston Area for over 50 years. This company also has branches across the state of Texas and prides itself on the custom service it provides each and every one of its customers. The company is seeking a ESCROW OFFICR to join their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with salespersons, lenders, and title companies to schedule and facilitate closings.
• Prepare and review all necessary closing documents.
• Calculate and collect fees, taxes, and other payments.
• Ensure loan and contract paperwork is properly signed and notarized.
• Provide updates and support to clients throughout the process.
• Manage final lender package preparation and submission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in TITLE or BUILDER company!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
