The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, plants and other departments as required to assist in the quoting and administrative needs of the division.
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive support at the direction of the Sales Manager and team.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Manage agenda / priorities on daily quote / APQP meeting
Maintain quote database & on-time performance reports
Maintain tooling & engineered material quote database
Supporting of Sales Department on various Engineering / Technical / Administration tasks
Create Cost Estimators at the direction of Sales/Accounting
Assist with populating customer form requirements & tool engineering cost breakdowns
Interaction with vendors and/or customers
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor as needed
