Our client, a jewelry service provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to focus on East Coast Independent Retailers. This is role is located in NYC and will operate on a hybrid schedule including client meetings as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Represent and sell a variety of services, including reports, appraisals, and educational programs for retailers
• Manage and expand existing client accounts while supporting the sales team with key relationships
• Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and markets
• Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to create and execute initiatives
• Provide expertise to internal teams on company processes and systems
• Act as a client advocate by offering feedback on services and identifying partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, past connections, telemarketing, and SMS outreach
• Assist with the organization and setup of trade shows and showroom events as needed
• Maintain accurate records by tracking and submitting expense and revenue reports
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
• Ability to travel to NYC on a hybrid basis and to meet with clients/potential clients as needed
• Experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Ability to excel in both team settings and individual tasks
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $90k - $115k annually
