What You’ll Do:

As an Employee Benefits Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses secure their futures through comprehensive insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Prospecting & Building Relationships: Actively pursue new client prospects through innovative outreach strategies like telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.
  • Selling with Purpose: Sell and renew group health insurance products, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more, to provide tailored solutions for your clients.
  • Client Engagement: Manage onsite enrollment meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate & Cross-Sell: Work closely with account management teams to drive cross-selling strategies and create synergies across our diverse insurance offerings.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Participate in professional development activities to keep your skills sharp and stay informed on industry trends.


What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience that showcases your capability.
  • 3-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in PEO, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Benefits, or a similar industry.
  • A Life & Health License (or a commitment to obtain one within sixty days).
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills that set you apart.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $100,000 based on experience.

The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
