Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record managing projects valued at $20-50M+? Our client, a 105-year-old family-owned commercial General Contractor based in Norfolk, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction services through design and GMP
• Manage construction projects to ensure work is performed according to plan and specifications
• Oversee material procurement, scheduling, change orders, RFIs, and pay applications
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily with the Project Superintendent
• Track job costs and prepare monthly reports for CFO review
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with Virginia design, engineering, and subcontracting trades
• Minimum of three years as a Project Manager in North Carolina
• Experience with CM at Risk and Design-Build projects
• ProCore experience preferred
