What You'll Do:

- Spearhead comprehensive fiberoptic network construction projects from planning to completion

- Drive market launches and coordinate with sales/marketing teams for new service areas

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams

- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards

- Develop innovative solutions for complex project challenges

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience

- Deep understanding of fiberoptic technology and network infrastructure

- Proven track record managing complex construction projects

- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills

- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheets, Sitetracker)

- PMP certification is a plus
