About the Role - The Strategic Sourcing Leader will play a crucial role in managing utility relationships, permitting processes, and infrastructure development for our client's data center campuses. This position offers the unique opportunity to be involved in projects from ground-up development to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility relationships and coordinate power delivery to data center facilities
• Oversee permit acquisition and building compliance processes
• Collaborate with Development team on land-related matters
• Interface with utility providers and local authorities
• Contribute to strategic infrastructure planning and development

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data center utilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in both electric and gas utilities.
• Strong understanding of the data center industry.
• Technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in utility permitting and compliance.
• Background in electrical systems preferred.
