Draw advancement vs Commission (used as steady pay)

Unlimited earning potential! The only one capping your pay is you!

Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)

Base Salary $54,000 with additional Commissions ranging from $12,000 - $212,000 / year

Training & Development Program

Company Issued Leads Provided (to supplement self-generated)

Opportunity for growth and advancement

Responsibilities:

Effectively deliver in-person sales presentation in compliance with established company procedures and standards

Document all sales activity in CRM database with a high degree of accuracy and correctness daily

Maintain up-to-date calendar, be timely to appointments and responsive to customers and co-workers

Attend department meetings, keep current on sales information, products and industry trends

Self-generated sales leads by means of referrals or door to door sales

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Train other sales representatives

Handle escalated customer service issues

Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing (insurance and retail)

Excellent communication skills; good listener; positive, team oriented attitude

Ability to travel; must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle

Ability to present sales pitch in a professional manner

Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations

Ability to safely walk long distances and climb stairs, ladders and roofs

Customer service oriented

Team player (member of a sales crew)

Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent

Roofing installation certification preferred

Goal-oriented and dependable

Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.
