Job Description:

The Seattle Roofing Company is seeking a skilled Residential Roofing Project Manager. This role involves managing project logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and crews to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the roofing or construction industry and be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Projects are in the Seattle, Tacoma, Eastside and south Snohomish Co. areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Logistics Management
• Operate and drive large pickup trucks, including pulling trailers.
• Pick up and deliver materials as needed for job sites.
• Take comprehensive job site photos for documentation. (Taking photos, and uploading in the system throughout the project)
• Follow detailed work order instructions and ensure projects align with client specifications.
• Client & Vendor Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Communicate professionally via phone calls, texts, and email.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and admin.
• Safety Coordination
• Ensure proper tie-off procedures and safety measures are followed on-site.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment, including anchors and harnesses, to confirm all tags are up to date.
• Implement and maintain a fall protection plan specific to each job site.
• Record and document all safety measures, job site records, and change orders accurately.
• Technology & Equipment Use
• Proficiently operate digital devices (laptops, smartphones, iPads, and tablets).
• Safely use ladders and other standard roofing equipment.
• Lift and carry heavy items as required for job site tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform small repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable driving a manual (stick shift) vehicle.
• Previous experience in roofing, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding safety and documentation.
