Human Resource Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resource Coordinator in Concord, CA. This position is full-time, direct hire, pay $30/HR - $40/HR.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate and monitor service requests and office maintenance activities.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment processes.
- Coordinate employee events and draft internal communication documents.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and administer special projects as required.
- Additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic math functions.
