Sawa is a  New York Times Critics Pick upscale casual Lebanese restaurant based in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all floor level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills)

• Hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience required.
• Previous management experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
• Excellent guest service.
• Strong communication skills to train and motivate employees.
• Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties and prepare reports according to schedule.
