RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all floor level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience required.
- Previous management experience required.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
- Excellent guest service.
- Strong communication skills to train and motivate employees.
- Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties and prepare reports according to schedule.
