Skills and Responsibilities:


• Expertise in French testing (IVR - speaking and listening)

•Good years, must have exp as a QA tester working in IVR projects

•Banking experience and domain knowledge is retail banking is must

•Banking domain expertise.

•Experience in applications like Genesys, Nuance, Verint, WDE, CISCO phones, BOLD 360 (IMNO Channels) are preferred

• Contact Ctr – Technical Support experience preferred

• Must have knowledge about IVR Call Flows, Call Transfer/Routing Techniques, Desktop integration.

• Experience in designing, execution and defect management of project

• Able to meet the required execution velocity

• Working in offshore/onshore model

• Dynamic personality with strong decision-making skills

• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes

• Plan and document the testing results

• Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery

• Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on-time with a high level of quality

• Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our processes up to date

• Work closely with partners and producers on company process

• Provide department specific orientation and training for new hires•

• Maintain open communication with internal teams.
