We are hiring for a 2nd Shift, Production Supervisor in the Hightstown, Nj area! The production supervisor players a crucial role in achieving positive results across quality, productivity, cost management, safety measure and employee morale.
Schedule for 2nd shift: Monday- Friday (3pm-11pm)
Salary: $80K-$85k/year

Duties include:

• Directs the production of quality products within established specifications, and in sufficient quantities to fill orders,
• following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Safety Rules.
• Fosters an environment that promotes consistent quality product.
• Actively supports and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Work and
• Safety rules, providing training as necessary.
• Manages personnel activities including staffing decisions with HR collaboration; provides coaching and development
• opportunities; conducts performance evaluations; monitors attendance; adjusts timekeeping; resolves issues effectively.
• Actively seeks better production methods through people-centric approaches or improvements in
• procedures/equipment.
• Demonstrates professionalism with integrity while showing willingness to learn new techniques or technologies for
• improved results.

• Bachelors degree and/or 3+ years related experience
• Flexography a PLUS
• Printing background 3+ years
