Role Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor on a lean team of four engineers, actively shaping the future of a proprietary portfolio management platform. Your expertise will help optimize systems that drive investment decisions, streamline workflows, and analyze complex data in real time. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact on product architecture, advocate for best practices, and be a voice at the table in a collaborative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy features for a sophisticated portfolio management platform.
• Design and maintain efficient APIs and build scalable, secure data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver features that directly impact our investment operations.
• Model complex financial data and develop machine learning applications that inform high-stakes decisions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, with experience in full-stack development using technologies like Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience with cloud environments, such as AWS.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in a financial context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

The Benefits:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll receive a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 performance-based bonus, and an array of benefits, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision coverage.
