What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with the solutions engineering team and clients to identify project requirements
• Write reference connectors and integrate client systems into proprietary AI systems
• Manage multiple client projects from initiation to completion, typically ranging from a few days to weeks
• Work with Solutions Architects and clients to assess project effectiveness
• Complete administrative training for system setup and configuration
• Coordinate with Client Success Managers, Solutions Architects, company Administrators, and AI Analysts as necessary
• Provide weekly project updates to client project managers.
• Create essential documentation for a smooth project handover to clients or third parties

What are the minimum qualifications?

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python, JavaScript, or Go (Golang)
• Skilled in APIs, web services, and third-party integrations
• Familiar with no-code automation platforms like Zapier and Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficient in data formats: JSON, XML, CSV
• Knowledgeable in SQL and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Experienced with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI
• Understand cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and deployment tools
• Proven ability to create customized software solutions for clients
