The successful candidate for this position will have experience working with homeless and or at-risk veterans and excellent verbal and written communication skills.nnThe Driver position will pick up and drop off passengers to their destinations and deliver important documents to required destinations. This person will choose the best routes using maps or GPS and to be efficient and maintain a time schedule. The Driver will be required to make sure to keep all vehicles clean, fueled and proper fluid levels, and that vehicle maintenance is done on time.nnQUALIFICATIONSnnMust possess a valid Nevada Driver License and pass a Motor Vehicle Record ChecknnMinimum 5 years driving experiencennExperience working with homeless and or at-risk veterans preferrednnStrong verbal and written communication skillsnnAbility to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of residents, staff and community partnersnnVeteran status preferrednnMust be able to successfully complete a criminal background checknnPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSnnQualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
