Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee on-site glazing projects, managing crews of 2-3 team members.
• Organize project tasks and ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various glass types, including tempered, laminated, and insulated units.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior glaziers, fostering skill development and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while upholding company safety guidelines.
• Operate specialized tools and equipment safely, including glass cutters and glazing machines.
• Keep work sites clean and organized, promoting efficiency and safety.

• Experience: 3+ years in glazing or glass installation (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and execute projects seamlessly.
• Skills: Proficiency in glazing tools, blueprint reading, and project management.
• Strength : Ability to lift and handle heavy glass and materials, and comfort working at heights when needed.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license (preferred for operating company vehicles).
