This position will involve a variety of tasks related to job site cleanup, site preparation, and material handling. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to the smooth operation of our construction projects.nnKey Responsibilities:nnPerform general job site cleanup, including the removal of debris, trash, and materials.nnPrepare job sites for construction by organizing and setting up tools, equipment, and materials.nnAssist with loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from the site as needed.nnSupport construction teams by providing materials and tools in an efficient manner.nnFollow safety procedures and work in a safe and organized manner.nnAssist with other labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman.nnMaintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.nnQualifications:nnPrevious experience in general labor, construction, or a similar role preferred but not required.nnAbility to lift heavy materials (up to (weight) lbs) and perform physical tasks.nnGood understanding of basic construction site safety practices.nnStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.nnAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team.nnWillingness to work in varying weather conditions.nnPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00nnEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
