This role involves prefab framing tasks including trusses, walls, and floors. The ideal candidate will work both independently and with a crew, ensuring precise measurement, cutting, and assembly of framing lumber.nnResponsibilitiesnnPerform prefab framing of trusses, walls, and floors.nnWork independently as well as part of a crew.nnProperly measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.nnRead and interpret tape measures accurately.nnUtilize a nail gun effectively.nnAttend a safety orientation in Hugo on the first day and be present on-site daily.nnEssential Skillsnn1+ year of stick/wood framing experience.nnExperience with prefab framing.nnProficiency in framing carpentry.nnAbility to read and use a tape measure accurately.nnCapability to haul own tools.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnExperience in rough carpentry.nnKnowledge of truss construction.nnGeneral labor experience in commercial construction.nnWhy Work Here?nnCommitment to quality has been the basis for steady growth for more than 40 years.
