Pride Health is hiring a Surgical Technologist (CST) to support our client’s facility in Boston, MA. This is a 13-week contract (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals to make a difference in the lives of patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub for a wide variety of surgeries, including Neuro, Trauma, Transplant, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, ENT (primarily head & neck), GYN, Urology, and Trauma.
Work in a dynamic 10 OR setting, handling inpatient Level I Trauma surgeries.
Assist with organ procurement and transplant surgeries, including kidney and liver transplants.
Prepare and maintain sterile field and surgical instruments.
Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Support the surgical team during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth surgical flow.
Qualifications:
NBSTSA Certification (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting).
BLS Certification.
Experience in Neuro, Trauma, and Transplant surgeries.

Job Type: 13-week contract
Shifts: 3x12 hour (7 AM-7:30 PM or 11 AM-11:30 PM)
Pay Range : $1900-$2100 Weekly
