Summary /Objective
As a Staff Physician, you will enhance the patient experience by delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage patient flow, deliver compassionate treatment, and communicate care plans effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage work restrictions, and support safe return-to-work plans.
- Conduct and interpret OSHA, DOT, fitness-for-duty, and return-to-work exams.
- Order labs, imaging, and referrals; prescribe medications as necessary.
- Perform minor procedures such as wound care and foreign body removal.
- Communicate treatment plans, test results, and follow-up instructions to patients, employers, and clinical staff.
- Ensure a smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and minimizing wait times.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and EMR.
- Provide support and supervision to clinical staff, including Physician Assistants, as needed.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and perform stabilization when required.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safety protocols.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- MD or DO with unrestricted California license.
- DOT certification required (or obtain within 30 days of employment).
- BCLS, CPR, and AED certified; DEA and California drug licenses.
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT regulations, and EMR experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically 200-300k DOE
