Summary:
A renowned clinic is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team. The clinic operates on a 1:1 treatment model with no double booking, ensuring personalized and high-quality care for every patient. The team consists of long-tenured staff, many of whom have been with the clinic for over 15 years, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) model, the clinic employs a holistic hybrid approach that integrates manual therapy and a fitness model. The spacious 2200 sq. ft. facility primarily serves the following patient mix:
- 50% General orthopedic
- 20% Athletes/sports injuries
- 20% Neurological degenerative conditions
- 10% Pediatrics
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and treatment sessions according to 30 minute sessions for treatment and 60 min evaluations. Starting in December 2024, all treatments and evaluations will be 40 minutes.
- Manage a caseload of 55-60 patient visits per week, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Participate actively in our three-month intensive mentorship program, receiving direct, real-time coaching with patients to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical findings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Engage in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care and ethical practice, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
- Possession of Rhode Island State License or eligibility for RI State licensure before the start date.
