Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, oversee, and evaluate physical therapy programs adhering to facility and Massachusetts state guidelines
- Conduct thorough client assessments to customize treatment plans and monitor progress
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes
- Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
- Possession of a Massachusetts State License or eligibility for MA State licensure before the start date.
- Applicants must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
