Job description

As the Learning & Development Director, you will oversee and direct the education of our staff at all levels, including conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. Plans, develops and directs an in-service education program, nurse aide training, and preceptor programs on all shifts. Develops and directs new employee orientation and provides employee health counseling for all team members

Requirements

• Active state license.
• At least three years of experience as a Staff Development Personnel.
