Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Springfield, MA
Status: Full-time
Shift: Day
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety through effective use of structure and routine
  • Provide OT assessment, treatment and consultation as part of the treatment team.
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement agency's behaviour management policies
  • Successful completion of required trainings including but not limited to CPI, CPR, First Aid
  • Mandatory attendance at training, staff meetings, client meetings
  • Completion of all required paperwork, i.e., progress notes, etc
Qualifications
  • Must Possess valid driving license.
  • Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks required.
