Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce team, including specialists in digital marketing, web development, and customer service.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a cohesive and optimized online shopping experience.
Platform Management & Optimization
- Ensure the functionality and performance of the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient inventory management.
- Manage AIMS 360 integrations for streamlined operations and other software platforms for personalized promotions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve site speed, navigation, and conversion rates.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for email marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling content, including product photography, styling, and storytelling that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance user engagement, and improve ROI.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey, from initial site visit to post-purchase engagement.
- Drive loyalty programs and personalized shopping experiences to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
Innovation & Growth
- Research and implement emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury e-commerce market.
- Collaborate with the CEO and marketing leadership to develop scalable strategies for global expansion and digital growth.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce leadership, preferably in the fashion or luxury industries.
- Proven track record of managing and growing digital commerce platforms with measurable success.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Shopify, AIMS 360, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
