Job Description: Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process as we continue to expand our talented workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruiting workflows and align scheduling with team availability.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, including travel arrangements for candidates if necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Help organize recruiting events, such as career fairs, networking events, and open houses.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or coordination role.
- Proficiency in ATS tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in AI technology and its applications is a plus.
