Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale and traveling 30% of time
Reports to: Director of Inside Sales-West
Direct Reports: 7-10 Sales Representatives (Inside Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives)
What You'll Do
• Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue and productivity targets
• Monitor and track Sales rep individual performance, strengths, and areas of opportunity
• Communicate evaluations and execute developmental steps.
• Coach, develop, and mentor sales reps
• Ensure activity standards are being delivered
• Ensure use of Salesforce.com and accuracy of metrics.
• Work with other business functions to improve the effectiveness of cross-functional processes
• Meets with each Sales rep individually each month to review previous month's results and identify areas for improvement
• Demonstrates understanding of how to motivate employees for their reasons and understanding of how to manage a recognition and reward program for their team.
What You Bring
• 2+ years' experience in an Inside Sales Management role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
• 4+ years' experience in an Inside Sales individual contributor role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)
• Proficient in Salesforce
Comp: 90-100k base + bonus (200-220k OTE)
