The company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to help fuel their continued success. This role is located in Southern WI and candidates in Menemonee Falls, or Germantown preferred but also open to candidates in Northern IL close to WI.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Key Account Manager who thrives on hunting for new business and nurturing strong relationships with other OEMs and converters. This role will primarily involve selling products directly to other OEMs, including printer manufacturers, film and paper converters, and extrusion OEMs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and developing long-term relationships

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about business development and has a proven track record in OEM sales. As the company expands, this role will eventually take on full ownership of the portfolio and provide opportunities for career advancement within the growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to identify and open new business opportunities within the OEM and converter markets.

Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts and expand the company’s market share.

Engage in both domestic and international travel (30-50%) to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and close deals.

Handle the entire sales cycle with a typical duration of 90-120 days.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach and by leveraging your network of contacts in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • experience in OEM sales, preferably with relationships in industries such as printing, paper conversion, film, and extrusion.
  • Proven track record of opening new business and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment while being an independent, self-motivated sales professional.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (30-50% of the time).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A history of stability and long tenure with previous employers (no job-hoppers).
  • Experience selling complex, high-value equipment with a sales cycle of 90-120 days is a plus. Packaging equipment preferred

Compensation:

OTE between $120,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and the compensation package selected.

The commission is uncapped.
