Convergence Data is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team! With a wealth of leads generated from conferences, marketing events, partner channels, and thought leadership, we need someone who can harness these opportunities and drive our revenue growth.
As a Sales Account Executive , you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence. Your role will be pivotal in developing new accounts and executing our go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate closely with various departments and partners, contributing to our ambitious company goals and thriving in our collaborative, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through strategic enterprise deals, while creating and developing new opportunities to fill the pipeline
- Engage with partners, marketing, and business development teams to accelerate sales processes
- Act as a lead on key opportunities, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and fostering partnerships with technology providers
- Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, lead account mapping to identify opportunities, and collaborate on joint value propositions and marketing initiatives
- Track and manage referral and co-selling opportunities with partners
- Travel to conferences and industry events to represent the company and generate new leads and relationships
- Work closely with marketing and technology teams to align sales efforts with new product releases and enhance customer value
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in e-commerce or related industries
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales and/or professional services
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Team player with a proactive, resilient, and resourceful attitude
Preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: industrial manufacturing, distribution, electronics, HVAC, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, defense, etc.
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM), supply chain, ERP, ecommerce, master data management (MDM), and/or product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Greater Orlando candidates who can work a hybrid schedule (M-W in office)
- Remote candidates with exceptional qualifications will be considered

Position Type, Work Environment, and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, exempt position that requires working in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
