Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid - Sacramento, CA

What’s in it for you?

• $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary DOE
• Hybrid work schedule (1 day in the office)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience - You have at least 4+ years of Account Management experience with a general book of business. Experience with Agriculture accounts is a plus!!
• Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
• Knowledge - You are extremely knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
• Software – You have experience using agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position (Preference for those who have experience with Applied EPIC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a phenomenal customer service experience to all clients
• Verify policies with submission, quotation, and proposals
• Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meetings with the producer
• Thoroughly check endorsements via Account Executive requests
• Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
• Follow up with Markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards
• Create the proposal booklets under the direction of the Account Executive
