As an Assistant Account Manager , you will support our outstanding sales team by responding to questions and inquiries from our internal staff and customers. You will work closely with various teams to determine the best options for the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.


Compensation: $21.64/hr + Bonus

Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of the products/services
  • Respond to inquiries and calls from various teams and customers
  • Review and negotiate termed and mutual consent software agreements
  • Process the removal and reduction of services for customers, managing the credit process to completion
  • Develop innovative ways to retain escalated customers and provide them with viable renewal options
  • Capture customer activity and other key information within Salesforce daily
  • Provide backup coverage as needed
  • Assist with projects and other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of account management experience
  • Keen interest in sales operations and communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
