Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing financial software company based in Clark County with a specialized commission management application. They are a creative and highly collaborative team with a fast-paced and fun work ethic and are looking for candidates who will thrive in that type of dynamic environment.


Our client has an immediate need to hire an Analytical Implementation Specialist . The Implementation Specialist will help automate our customers’ commission and incentive plans using the firm’s application. This position will work directly with our customers to guide them through the implementation of our software application including understanding their incentive requirements, building out their plan, creating reports, auditing results, and training them on using the software.


Compensation: $25/hr

Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


Analytics-oriented degrees required – MIS, Math, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, etc.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, “rules” implementation, functional design, installation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and production implementation
  • Build reports and dashboards to customer specifications
  • Train customers on using product and educate them on all available features
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Analytics-oriented degree in Math, Statistics, Information Technology, MIS, Finance required
  • Strong data skills and experience with advanced spreadsheet functions
  • Advanced logic and analytical skills
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Good communication skills and working well in a team environment
  • Experienced with SQL (required)
