INSIDE SALES and WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR  

Matthew F. Sheehan Co . - At Matthew F. Sheehan, We are committed to offering the    highest level of customer care, and selling the highest quality religious products available. We are looking for a detail orientated person with excellent customer service skills, who is upbeat and friendly. Someone with creative, visual merchandizing skills for a small exclusive showroom.  Looking for part-time or full time. Applicant does not have to be familiar with religious products.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

Website maintenance (Shopify): updating prices & content & photos to ensure content is current, adding new product. 

Creatively maintain the showroom and displays with current or seasonal products. 

Process online orders, creating purchase orders, invoicing customers, manually charging credit cards. All performed in QuickBooks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Interact with customers and vendors both via email, telephone and in person.

MARKETING:

Work with the website developer to support the web site’s functionality, visibility, accessibility, and ranking.

Create and/or edit email blasts for advertising products and promotions via Constant Contact and Simply Cast.
