Work at FR Solutions 100% remotely , a dynamic and growing company in our industry that has been in business since 2019. We want to work with an experienced Inside Sales Representative (a proven hunter ) who primarily sells products or services to customers through phone or other online channels to identify new leads, qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and update our CRM leads gen process by presenting product features and benefits.


This is an inside sales role designed to find and qualify cold leads into warm leads passed over to sales. It is not a sales role to sell into accounts .


Daily, here is what can be expected for the role. Start by focusing on finding companies based on criteria we establish for the products or services we offer by researching for companies on the web using various tools and methods. Once a list is identified for the day, place those cold leads into our CRM system, Zoho. Next, cold calling those companies to find the right contact to speak with, formulate interest in our products/services, and line up a calendar invite to have a call driven by sales. This role works up to the point where a calendar invite is established and then handed off to a sales rep as a warm lead.


We focus on two main areas for sales.


  • is a product that includes hardware, software, and services in a bundle so that customers can obtain their own hybrid cloud or test environment with up to 20 VMs running. This will have an SKU price for the total cost or a monthly financing amount, making it affordable for smaller companies to purchase this option and save money. This can be sold to customers directly consisting of smaller firms, co-location hosting facilities, managed service partners, or B2B. This is also a great product to sell to larger companies as sandboxes/test environments at low cost. Lastly, this can be a replacement for higher-priced public-cloud-only solutions or those utilizing VMWare that wish to pay less.


  • is a second sales area that offers customers a free email MS365 scan to see their vulnerabilities to Ransomware.


This position will focus on both. The first solution is a longer-term sales play for higher $$, and the second is a lower cost fast turnaround sales play for lower $$. There should be a mix of both daily to build a well-rounded pipeline.


We will pay an hourly base salary for up to 40 hours per week and commission for leads that result in sales, making this a very lucrative opportunity for someone good at cold calling and lining up warm leads. There is no cap on commissions. There will also be an opportunity to position sales for services as a bonus into the existing account base. This position can be 1099 or W-2 hourly but does not offer benefits. We can suggest some low-cost benefits solutions, but obtaining them personally is cheaper than via our company match, where deductibles are incredibly high.


Responsibilities

  • Hunt, hunt, hunt. We need someone very strong in cold calling and lead generation with lots of prior experience
  • Add qualified new sales leads in our CRM (Zoho) system
  • Schedule meetings with prospects
  • Position our company products and generate interest in hearing more about our offerings
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort


Qualifications

  • Strong hunter experience in prospecting and cold calling
  • Existing technology lead generation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • US-Based only - not looking for non-US-based resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
