Sales Consultant
Location: Memphis, TN

Travel Requirements: Approximately 25% overnight travel, including travel to Birmingham for training and quarterly meetings
Job Description:
Sales Consultants are responsible for managing and expanding business within a defined territory. This hybrid role involves both maintaining existing customer relationships and actively seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
Work within a defined territory Monday through Friday.
Spend Monday and Friday as half-day office days, with Tuesday through Thursday dedicated to fieldwork
Perform set appointments and cold calls from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Customer Relationship Management:
Follow up with current customers and perform courtesy checks.
Identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
Reach out to former customers who have stopped doing business with SSS.
Prospect for new business in designated zones.
Follow up on leads and capture new market share.
Organizational Tasks:
Update CRM daily.
Submit weekly plans and daily logs.
Complete expense reports and other various tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel overnight as required
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
