Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cash Management Support Coordinator to assist with customer support and the operational servicing of accounts utilizing our Cash Management product line. In this role, you will use and maintain various internal processing systems to provide services to our customer base. This position will serve as a key support partner for retail branches and provide second-level support for front-line employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (60%): Provide front-end support for Cash Management services, handling inquiries, system issues, problem resolution, and technical explanations directly to bank personnel and customers.
- Liaison (25%): Act as a liaison between sales, clients, business lines, and system providers to ensure the reliability of Cash Management products.
- Risk & Compliance Monitoring (15%): Ensure compliance and monitor risks related to products and services, including fraud monitoring and documentation verification of related applications and agreements.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Perform special projects and additional duties as needed.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards, completing required training and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC), or foreign equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior banking operations and cash management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with FiServ products and the bank’s operational systems.
- Knowledge of Cash Management systems and products.
Job Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of banking operational policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to organize file systems.
- Strong customer service, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- FDIC Examination Policy: This role has access to core systems, client PII data, and the Commercial Online Banking platform. It is engaged in implementing Cash Management and Treasury Services for Commercial and Corporate clients.
