As they anticipate 50-100% growth in 2025, they are seeking an Agency Director to lead the charge. This pivotal role will oversee business development and operations while fostering a positive experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall agency operations, ensuring alignment with Right at Home’s mission, vision, and values.
- Lead and empower teams to achieve or exceed growth goals and operational metrics.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with Personal Assistance Services (PAS) regulations.
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and conferences to build community awareness and relationships.
- Conduct field audits to uphold quality standards across all areas.
- Manage customer and community engagement, addressing key issues as a coach and advisor.
- Oversee the on-call schedule and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Interpret and communicate Right at Home programs and policies to clients and the community.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the agency’s mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to drive results.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation abilities.
- Experience with developing policies, tracking budgets, and managing operational resources.
- Ability to critically think, problem-solve, and work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events or networking activities.
- May involve prolonged sitting, operating office equipment, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
- May include patient visits requiring prolonged standing and walking.
