Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior ERP Administrator with our client in the manufacturing industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is full-time, hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Business Central platform to meet business needs
• Ensure the effective integration of Business Central with other systems and platforms
• Monitor platform licensing and perform regular audits
• Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Develop and maintain Business Central workflows, forms, and scheduled jobs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Business Central solutions that align with business objectives
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
• Participate in after-hours support for an On-Call rotation
• Schedule and work with outside vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
• 4+ years of IT work experience supporting and maintaining ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Business Central components including Insight Warehouse, E-Ship, EDI, Sales Orders, Finance, item management, and purchasing
• Prior project management experience
• Experience diagnosing complex problems and developing solutions
• Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or similar industry
