Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Install and remove phones, headsets, telecom equipment, and fax machines.
• Provide phone and softphone training to end users.
• Support before and after dial plan migrations to 7 digit dialing.

User Training:

• Train employees on using the new dial plan effectively.
• Provide documentation and resources to help users understand dialing rules and call handling features.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a VoIP technician.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
• Knowledge of hardware endpoints.
• Network layer 1 and punch down terminations on 110 block/patch panels.
• Time management skills.
• Familiarity with remote support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
