Lead Data Scientist - Houston, TX

As Lead Data Scientist, you'll drive AI and machine learning innovation across the organization by:

• Developing advanced analytical solutions
• Leading a new data science taskforce
• Translating complex technical insights into business strategies
• Setting AI/ML standards and best practices
• Managing and improving data science project portfolios
• Mentoring and developing data science talent

What We're Looking For:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5-7 years of advanced data science experience
• Expert-level skills in Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Both depth and broadness of knowledge Data Science models/algorithms, not limited to regression, classification, clustering, time series, sequence model, deep learning, Bayesian inference, simulation/optimization, recommendation, LLM/GenAI, etc.
• End-to-end ML life cycle development and operation, e.g., decent knowledge of DevOps/MLOps
