Take2 is seeking a Network Performance Engineer. This is a Hybrid role at Fort Meade MD.
As a network engineer on our team, you’ll work with DoD subject matter experts to troubleshoot some of the toughest and most complex network and system challenges facing its customers. You’ll work to resolve application and network performance and interoperability issues across platforms. This is your chance to share your network engineering experience to broaden your network engineering work.
You Have:
- Experience with NETSCOUT
- Experience with performance monitor tools to identify and resolve application and network performance issues, including Wireshark, TCPDump, SiLK, SolarWinds, eHealth, Splunk, or Riverbed
- Experience with advanced IP infrastructures, including all aspects of routers, firewalls, crypto, PKI, Certificate Authority, and Linux Servers
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with BGP routing and QoS at an enterprise level
- Experience with DoD networks
- Knowledge of security and network design, IPSec, Advanced Routing Protocols, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi/Wireless
- NETSCOUT Certified Associate, NETSCOUT Certified Specialist, Cisco CCNP, or JNCIP-ENT Certification
