We is searching for experienced Information Security Systems Engineering (ISSE) professionals to join the Network Security Engineering Team supporting managed network infrastructures for federal government and other customers. This role is part of the Internal Research and Development (IRAD) team working on bringing new business and new technologies to the company. It will be a dynamic environment and you will be responsible for developing the security architecture for managed networks and conduct various research on advanced security related topics.
• This position is ONSITE and located at offices located in Melbourne, Florida.
• This position requires the ABILITY to obtain FAA Public Trust and Top Secret Clearance.
Essential Functions:
• Lead Security Systems Engineering efforts on IRADs responsible for developing network security architecture, selecting new products, and conducting research on advanced security related topics.
• Develop, maintain, and publish network security technical documentation and white papers in accordance with Systems Engineering processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with NIST Frameworks at an infrastructure/platform layer.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in developing Network Architectural design while maintaining intended levels of security posturing at an infrastructure/platform layer 2.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in PKI/Certificate Management, API Key Management, Cryptographic/Encryption standards, and application at an infrastructure/platform layer 3.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Zero Trust, Enterprise Security best practices, Cloud Security, Container Security, AI in Security, Network Security, Application Security at in infrastructure/platform layer.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to manage projects on their own with little direction.
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience in Application Development and Scripting.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise networks and associated devices.
• In-depth experience with Networking technologies.
• Experience writing proposals and developing BOEs.
• Experience in application and compliance of customer tailored NIST and FISMA controls and policies.
